Google Calendar is an external sync. ELVIA D1 remains the source of truth. Availability is grouped into clean date ranges; unavailable blocks are not displayed as separate calendar rows.

Website forms are saved here first. When the customer opens the ELVIA Messenger link and sends a message, the conversation is attached to the inquiry so you can reply from this page.

For live two-way Messenger replies, connect the ELVIA Facebook Page to Meta Messenger Platform and add the required Cloudflare secrets shown in the setup guide.
1. Select the vehicle. 2. Set the date range. 3. Enter the customer's details. 4. Choose RESERVED or BOOKED. 5. Tick Reservation Paid when payment is received. 6. Add the GCash reference if available. 7. Use CANCELLED for a cancelled reservation. 8. Use ERASE only when you want to permanently delete the record and customer/payment details.
Live mode: the dashboard and calendars use the same Cloudflare D1 database as the public site. If the live API is unavailable, the system will show the connection state instead of pretending local data is synchronized.
